In these times when so much seems out of our control, our daily attitude and outlook on life are the key to maintaining our health. I suffer from heart disease and my son reminds me that my risk of dying from it are greater than from Covid-19. I take every precaution to keep myself safe from the virus but often neglect to take care of my bigger hidden enemy. Studies confirm that having positive emotions in our lives makes a huge difference equal to diet, exercise and even medication.
