In these times when so much seems out of our control, our daily attitude and outlook on life are the key to maintaining our health. I suffer from heart disease and my son reminds me that my risk of dying from it are greater than from Covid-19. I take every precaution to keep myself safe from the virus but often neglect to take care of my bigger hidden enemy.
